Elyssa Shane P. Baylosis

Elyssa Shane P. Baylosis, who prefers to be called Shane, brings four years of professional experience in the business process outsourcing industry, where she developed a strong foundation in client service, communication, organization, and problem-solving. Throughout her career, she has worked with three different companies, giving her valuable experience adapting to new environments, managing varied responsibilities, and assisting individuals with patience, professionalism, and care.

Shane earned her Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management, an educational background that strengthened her commitment to exceptional service and attention to detail. She understands the importance of listening carefully, communicating clearly, and ensuring that every person feels supported and respected. Her approachable personality, strong work ethic, and willingness to take initiative make her a valuable addition to the Pivot Work Injury Law team.

In her role, Shane assists our attorneys and legal team in providing responsive, organized, and compassionate support to Wisconsin’s injured workers. She takes pride in learning new skills, overcoming challenges, and contributing wherever she is needed. Her adaptability and dedication reflect Pivot Work Injury Law’s commitment to providing personal attention and dependable service throughout every stage of a workers’ compensation claim.

Outside of work, Shane enjoys camping and watching movies—especially horror and thriller films. She also appreciates any opportunity to relax and catch up on some well-earned sleep.
